We always emphasize that skills are essential, and skilled employees can contribute more to an organization, thus helping it achieve its time-based targets more efficiently and effectively. But we also acknowledge that Ethics that an organization follows decides its survival in the long run. To get this right, we must empower our people to make good decisions, act responsibly and speak up confidently.

With our Code of Business Ethics, we want to help our people make ethical behavior a natural part of what we do every day—with each other, our clients, our business partners, and our communities.

Our Code is the basis of the operating system that we follow. It's not just a mere document, but it's our belief by which we operate and lead.

Our Code

Our Code is a combination of seven fundamental behaviors. These apply to everyone who works for IBOSD. Third parties are also required to comply with our Code when acting on our behalf.

1. Comply with laws

We follow all the local and international rules and regulations. All the operations of IBOSD will comply with legal laws and regulations. We also expect all our employees and others acting on behalf of us to have a clear understanding of the applicable rules and work with Legal to ensure compliance.

2. Customer satisfaction

Our customers are our greatest assets, and we continuously strive to improve their level of satisfaction and happiness. Everyone working under IBOSD will take the correct initiative to deliver solutions for customer's queries and issues regardless of the title.

3. Confidentiality

We work together to build a better, stronger company for future generations, protecting the IBOSD brand, information, intellectual property, and people.

4. Responsible entrepreneurship

We are growth lovers, and we always strive for high performance. We assure you that we work hard as entrepreneurs and owners of the company to bring positive changes and growth to the organization.

IBOSD is straightforward, honest, and truthful in all professional and business relationships. We will not be associated with any information that we believe contains a materially false or misleading statement or which is misleading by omission.

7. Professional competence and due care

We give utmost importance to learning. Skills are to be polished on a routine basis. We will ensure that everyone associated with IBOSD will receive the required training to level up their competence and knowledge.
