Becoming an Authorised Training Provider (ATP) enables organisations to deliver internationally benchmarked skill certificates and diplomas assessed through a performance-based, evidence-driven framework.

Legal status, training infrastructure, competent trainers/assessors, and PAEP integrity controls.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

  • Legal & Organisational Status: Valid legal registration and clear governance structure.
  • Training Infrastructure: Physical or virtual facilities with learning resources and learner support systems.
  • Trainer & Assessor Competence: Qualified trainers and assessors. Mandatory completion of the IBOSD Skill Development Framework Programme (SDFP).
  • Assessment & Integrity Controls: Ability to implement PAEP A, B, and C with systems to prevent malpractice.

Risk-Based Accreditation Process

Stage 1: EOI & Screening

Submit Expression of Interest and Corporate Verification Form for eligibility assessment.

Stage 2: Review & Fee

Detailed review of documents. Accreditation fee invoice of GBP 1,860 issued upon approval.

Stage 3: Audit

Physical or virtual audit covering governance, infrastructure, competence, and PAEP readiness.

Stage 4: Corrective Actions

15-day corrective action window for any gaps identified during audit.

Stage 5: Approval

Accreditation certificate issued and organisation listed as an IBOSD ATP.
