Payment Policy
IBOSD Refund Policy
Organization: International Board of Skills & Development (IBOSD) | Effective Date: 2025 | Last Updated: February 25, 2026
1. General Policy
All fees paid to IBOSD are subject to this Refund Policy. Fees may include:
- Registration Fees
- Assessment Fees
- Certification Fees
- Membership Fees
- ATP Fees
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-transferable.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Failure to pass assessment
- Non-attendance after registration
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Failure to meet eligibility requirements
- Account suspension due to misconduct
- Duplicate payments caused by user error, unless verified immediately
3. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Duplicate payment is confirmed within 7 days
- Technical error prevented exam access (verified by IBOSD)
- Course cancellation by IBOSD
- Administrative error by IBOSD
All refund approvals are at the sole discretion of IBOSD.
4. Refund Request Process
- Requests must be submitted in writing to info@ibosd.org
- Include proof of payment and reason for request
- Request must be submitted within 7 days of transaction
- Processing time is 14 to 30 working days after approval
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
Bank charges or transaction charges may be deducted.
6. Policy Modification
IBOSD reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
