IBOSD - Employer Registration Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
By registering as an Employer on the IBOSD website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of IBOSD employer services, including candidate verification, skill diagnostics, collaboration opportunities, and related services.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not register or use IBOSD employer services.
2. Eligibility
To register as an Employer, you must:
- Be a legally registered business entity or authorized representative.
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Use the platform solely for lawful recruitment, evaluation, or workforce development purposes.
IBOSD reserves the right to verify employer credentials and reject or suspend accounts if information is inaccurate or misleading.
3. Employer Responsibilities
By registering, you agree to:
- Provide truthful company details.
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Use candidate data only for legitimate recruitment or workforce evaluation purposes.
- Not misuse, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit candidate data without authorization.
- Comply with all applicable data protection and employment laws.
4. Use of IBOSD Skill Diagnostic and PAEP Data
Employers may access candidate skill diagnostic results where authorized. You agree:
- Not to manipulate or misrepresent assessment results.
- Not to pressure candidates regarding assessment outcomes.
- To use assessment results strictly for evaluation purposes.
IBOSD does not guarantee employment suitability solely based on assessment results.
5. Intellectual Property
All IBOSD content, assessment systems, PAEP framework, trademarks, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of IBOSD. Employers may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer IBOSD systems without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
IBOSD shall not be liable for:
- Hiring decisions made by employers.
- Misuse of candidate data by employers.
- Business losses arising from platform usage.
Employers use IBOSD services at their own discretion and responsibility.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
IBOSD reserves the right to suspend or terminate employer accounts if:
- False information is provided.
- Data misuse is detected.
- Terms and Conditions are violated.
- Activities harm the integrity of IBOSD systems.
8. Modifications
IBOSD reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
9. Governing Principles
These terms are governed by applicable international digital platform and data protection standards.
