By registering as a learner on the IBOSD platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not register or access IBOSD services.

2. Eligibility

Learners must:

• Provide accurate personal information.
• Register using their own valid email and mobile number.
• Use the platform solely for educational and professional development purposes.

IBOSD reserves the right to verify identity where necessary.

3. Academic Integrity

Learners agree:

• Not to engage in cheating, impersonation, or malpractice.
• Not to share login credentials.
• Not to copy, distribute, or misuse assessment content.
• To complete PAEP assessments independently.

Any violation may result in cancellation of results, permanent suspension, or disqualification without refund.

4. Fees and Payments

Where applicable:

• Registration fees are non-transferable.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless officially approved by IBOSD.
• Certification will be issued only upon successful completion of assessment criteria.

5. Certification and Membership

Upon successful completion:

• Certification is issued digitally or physically as per policy.
• Membership grade (if applicable) is awarded based on level.
• Certificates remain property of IBOSD and may be revoked in cases of misconduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All IBOSD content including curriculum, PAEP framework, assessment tools, and learning materials are the intellectual property of IBOSD. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

IBOSD does not guarantee employment, promotion, or professional advancement. Certification reflects assessed competence under IBOSD standards only.

8. Account Suspension

IBOSD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for false information, malpractice, or violation of platform rules.

9. Amendments

IBOSD may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of revised terms.
