IBOSD Legal Disclaimer for Publicly Auditable Evidence of Performance (PAEP) Assessments
1. Nature of PAEP
The Publicly Auditable Evidence of Performance (PAEP) framework evaluates demonstrated academic and practical competencies in accordance with IBOSD standards.
PAEP assessments reflect a candidate's performance at the time of evaluation and are based on structured assessment criteria defined by IBOSD.
2. No Employment Guarantee
Successful completion of PAEP:
- Does not guarantee employment or promotion.
- Does not constitute government licensing or statutory approval.
- Does not replace regulatory certification unless formally recognized by the relevant authority.
3. Independent Evaluation
PAEP results are generated through structured assessment mechanisms, including automated scoring systems, rubric-based evaluation, and moderation where applicable.
IBOSD reserves the right to review, moderate, withhold, or invalidate results if irregularities, malpractice, or system misuse are detected.
4. Limitation of Liability
IBOSD shall not be liable for:
- Hiring or promotion decisions made by employers.
- Professional actions or omissions of certified individuals.
- Any loss, damage, or consequences arising from the use or misuse of certification.
5. Fraud and Misrepresentation
Any falsification, impersonation, plagiarism, or manipulation of assessment data may result in:
- Certificate cancellation.
- Public revocation notice.
- Permanent disqualification.
- Legal action where applicable.
6. Jurisdiction
PAEP is an institutional competency assessment framework of IBOSD and is governed by IBOSD academic policies and internal regulatory standards.
