IBOSD - ATP (Authorized Training Provider) Terms and Conditions
1. Appointment
ATP status is granted at the discretion of IBOSD and may be revoked if standards are not maintained.
ATP approval does not constitute partnership, franchise ownership, or legal agency.
2. Scope of Authorization
ATP may:
- Deliver IBOSD-approved programs.
- Promote IBOSD courses.
- Facilitate learner registrations.
ATP may not:
- Alter curriculum without approval.
- Modify assessment structure.
- Issue certificates independently.
- Misrepresent IBOSD affiliation.
3. Academic Compliance
ATP must:
- Follow approved curriculum.
- Maintain faculty competence.
- Ensure learners comply with PAEP standards.
- Maintain proper training records.
IBOSD reserves audit rights.
4. Financial Compliance
ATP must:
- Pay applicable registration fees.
- Not alter IBOSD fee structure.
- Not collect unauthorized charges under IBOSD name.
Royalty and revenue policies are governed separately under IBOSD agreements.
5. Branding and Representation
ATP must:
- Use official IBOSD logos only.
- Avoid misleading claims.
- Not claim accreditation beyond approved scope.
6. Confidentiality
All assessment materials, question banks, and systems are confidential. Unauthorized disclosure may result in legal action.
7. Termination
IBOSD may suspend or terminate ATP status due to:
- Academic malpractice.
- Misrepresentation.
- Fee violations.
- Brand misuse.
8. Non-Exclusivity
ATP status does not guarantee territorial exclusivity unless formally agreed in writing.
